Hampshire County Council’s contractor BAM Nuttall has restarted work on the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Phase 1 busway between Fareham and Gosport following a successful application to the Court of Appeal by the County Council to vary the court injunction that had been in place since before Christmas.
This means that vital preparatory works can be carried out pending the substantive hearing in the Court of Appeal which is now scheduled to take place at the beginning of March. For details of the works and to read the latest press release and FAQs, please go to:
