Did you know that nearly one in four car journeys are less than two miles! Sustrans, the Uk's leading sustainable transport charity are inviting thousands of people to swap just one car trip between 29 June – 4 July 2009.
Just walk, cycle, use public transport or car-share instead. Amazingly, if every UK resident takes this one easy action, car traffic will be reduced by 10%, thus creating healthier journeys, cleaner air and quieter streets!
