The workshop covers: How to keep in touch with your customers and get them coming back to you and your site.
The Council has also organised a FREE hand-on workshop to help independent retailers improve their visual merchandising techniques. The courses covers practical display techniques and how to prepare for the Christmas season with the objective of increasing customer interest and sales. Refreshments will be provided.
